Notes:
This tape contains high-quality copies of 2 editions of the Radio Eireann programme 'Ceolta Tire', presented by Ciaran Mac Mathuna and featuring Seamus Ennis (SE). These dubs were probably provided (or facilitated) by Radio Eireann for use in Breathnach's index of Irish traditional dance music.
Digitised from the reel-to-reel tape and catalogued by Jackie Small, February 2007
Imported from Reeldubs July 2013
The first edition of 'Ceolta Tire' on this tape is also available in a high-quality copy as the first edition of 'Ceolta Tire' on BB_RR_337. The version on this tape is a fuller version – the final items of speech and music (tracks A16 and A17 here) are not present in the same edition on the other version – however, they are used in a different edition there (i.e. the second on BB_RR_337).
