However, it seems to the cataloguer that the performer on tracks C17–19 might not be Tommy Peoples; the performer on those tracks is thus listed as 'unidentified'.; Larry Masterson is of the opinion that there may be recordings of James Kelly and Antoin Mac Gabhann playing a fiddle duet on this tape, recorded in a hotel on Waterloo Rd., Dublin; Some, at least, of the content of this tape might be running fast, with consequent pitch distortion
