Collection consists of CD copies of a radio documentary on traditional singing entitled 'Herosongs: Where History and Song Meet'. The 8-part series was originally broadcast on RTÉ Radio One in July 2013. It is spread across four CDs, with additional material on the fifth CD.

Collection of reel-to-reel tapes featuring recordings of traditional musicians taken around Donegal in the 1970s and 1980s. Includes a performance recorded in Danny Ward's kitchen in Carrick, Donegal and a session recorded in the Golden Gate Bar in the same town. Re-occurring musicians include James Byrne (fiddle), Joe Burke (accordian) and Finbar Dwyer (accordian).
Collection of reel-to-reel tapes donated to ITMA by Caitlín Ní Dhomhnaill featuring performances of traditional songs and dances. The original reels contain a mixture of non-commerical material and dubs of commerical and radio material. When the reels were transferred to CD-R the off-air dubs and commerical material were not transferred over. Recordings include performances by Joseph McCafferty, Eibhlin Ni Bheaglaoich and Neili Ni Dhomhnaill.
