ARDI: 29 January 1949 (original acetate recordings for tracks A6–18) -- 4 October 1969 (original recordings for tracks A19–20 and possible A21)
This tape contains copies of recordings made by Radio Eireann / RTE Radio. The tape seems to be an edited working copy of a copy supplied to BB by RTE for the CICD project; this tape seems to contain mainly items of dance music selected by BB for processing for that project. Tracks A1–18 were recorded originally on acetate discs. Four out of the five recordings of Padraig O'Keeffe (tracks A1–4) are available on the commercial CD 'The Sliabh Luachra Fiddle Master Padraig O'Keeffe' (RTE CD 174).
Abbreviation used: JOLSL = 'Johnny O'Leary of Sliabh Luachra', edited by Terry Moylan
